About Don Giovanni AKA The Don: If you have never experienced a meal at Don Giovanni’s you are missing out! Being Italian myself, I am always a good judge to take to an Italian restaurant and I have pretty high standards! I was not disappointed at all with the food I experienced in Don Giovanni’s, in fact; it reminded me of the cuisine I have enjoyed throughout the years on my many trips to Italy. Really brought that Italian home feeling back! Something else, which I absolutely love about Don Giovanni is the warm welcome you get, the second you walk in you are greeted by kindness, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re seeing long lost family!
The VIP Party: Celebrating their 33rd year, Don Giovanni had an intimate party, in which they invited 200 handpicked guests, me being one of them! So thank you so much to Lynette Cutler, who was kind enough to invite me to the event! Upon arrival, guests were treated to canapés, prosecco and a red carpet – the perfect addition to their star-studded birthday party! Among the guests celebrating the 33rd birthday was my beaut friend and MUA to the stars, Sean Maloney who sponsored the event with luxury vouchers in the goody bags, fashionista Jsky, singer Misha B and many, many more! Just look at these beautiful images captured by which really shows off what an amazing event it was, so credit to the entire team for putting on the perfect night!
There were some beautiful goody bags handed out during the evening, courtesy of The Lowry Hotel, which I was lucky enough to get hold of, and we were well and truly spoilt! You could tell exactly how much effort was put into this evening, and it really did pay off! From the amazing exterior of the most gorgeous Mercedes, courtesy of one of the main sponsors of the evening as well as David Brockway CEO of World Privilege Plus who attended and as a main sponsor, to the most breathtaking interior, including gorgeous balloons from Leanne Brown, the most scrumptious stack of cakes by hey little cupcake, and super talented musicians by Eli Cripps The Voice and Alvin on Sax accompanied by Kiddo Anderson award winning DJ, it really was a night to remember, and the most perfect way to celebrate the 33rd birthday of the restaurant! A generous 10% of the profits from the event went to Caudwell Children. Sir Lee Pearson – Gold medallist Paralympic champion and Scott Wright Actor and both brand ambassadors supported the event and certainly enjoyed the VIP treatment.
Located on Oxford Street in the heart of Manchester’s City Centre, Don Giovanni’s is the perfect location for a meal out and any of your special occasions. Adjacent to St Peter’s Square tram stop it is accessible to everyone, and from an Italian to you, I highly recommend it for an authentic Italian experience. But don’t just take my word for it, check out their website and get yourself down there!
