It has been revealed today that the winner of the BRIT Awards 2018’s Best British Producer Prize is the incredibly talented Steve Mac!
Steve has produced records amassing over 200 million worldwide sales over the course of his career, which is pretty impressive and earns him the title of one of the UK’s most successful music producers right now. He has worked with global stars such as Little Mix, Calvin Harris and One Direction. 2017 was an amazing year for Steve, and saw him work on No.1 Singles by Ed Sheeran and Clean Bandit – and if that wasn’t enough he also worked on top 10 singles by P!nk, Rita Ora and Liam Payne.
A truly worthy winner of such a notable award! Discussing his win, Steve said “I feel truly humbled to receive this prestigious award, especially as it’s voted for by my peers who I greatly respect. This really is the icing on the cake at the end of such an amazing year, not only for me personally but for British Music”.
